Saturday, October 8th, Brown’s Orchard in Emigsville had Fall Fest. It was a day full of fun. There were games, mazes, fire trucks and oh yeah, pumpkins! It was a beautiful day to spend with our friends, The Hogentoglers. Afterwards we went to John Rudy Park to let the kids play. And they loved it. It is always great to see Briar and Kara together and it is great to spend time with friends.

I am a little late with this post. I am trying to play catch-up. The holidays are a very busy time! I actually didn’t take as many photos of Briar on Thanksgiving as I thought I would. I spent more time playing with him and hanging out with family. So here are a few shots I took before we went over to my parents house for dinner and one shot of Briar in his PJs before we left to come home. Enjoy!

I have known John since art school. Though we lost touch for a while, thanks to Facebook, we are able to catch-up. John’s wife, Danielle is a fellow photographer. She has incredible talent that you can see for yourself at daniellefinleyphotography.com. Like most photographers, she doesn’t have that many photos of her and John. (Sound familiar?) So they asked me to come and hang out for the day and take some photos. Let me just say that these two rocked it! We started the day at their home in Sellersville and later moved our location to the old settlement in Bethlehem. The sun was out and the weather was amazing. What more could you ask for? Thanks again John & Danielle, I had a blast hanging out and taking photos. We shall do this again!

Matt and Jen were high school sweethearts. They both graduated from Dallastown High School. Matt went on to college in Massachusetts at Holy Cross and Jen attended the University of Delaware. Years later they got back together and eventually married. They have 2 great kids, Patrick and Natalie. They just light up in front of a camera. Natalie is shy at first but once she gets used to you, her personality shines. And boy does it ever! Patrick is more laid back but a ham when the camera is pointed his way. Jen’s mom, Ann Anstadt has this great wooded location near her house where we took the photos. It was early November so the leaves were everywhere!
